These terms apply to using the CanGlow Entertainment Inc. website and to tickets purchased for our events.
Using this website
Content on this site is provided for information. We work to keep it accurate, but event details may change and we may update the site at any time.
Tickets
Tickets are sold through our official ticketing partner and are subject to that provider’s terms in addition to these. A ticket is a revocable licence to attend, and may be invalidated if resold above face value or through an unauthorised channel.
Conduct at events
Everyone deserves to feel safe and welcome at a CanGlow show. Harassment, discrimination, violence or behaviour that breaches venue rules may result in removal without refund. Venues may conduct security checks and restrict prohibited items.
Photography and recording
Events may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you consent to your image appearing in CanGlow promotional material. Professional recording equipment is not permitted without prior written approval.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
